Hello! In this blog I'll tell you about Joseph Kony. A YouTuber named Jason Russell posted a viral video on the internet about Joseph Kony. Joseph Kony is a terrible African criminal that kidnaps African kids and forces them to do bad things. Boys had to fight, and girls had to be sex slaves. Jason wanted to make Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to make him a well-knowned criminal. Jason made an organization called Invisible Children. Kony made an army called LRA (Lord's ResistAnce Army). Making Kony famous is a very good idea. Let me tell you many reasons why. First of all, it is a very good idea because it will alert people. When they know about Joseph Kony, they will start supporting Invisible Children. Without the citizens' support, they will never be able to catch Kony. If they don't find Kony, something terrible will happen. It is very important to tell people what's going on. If you don't, you won't get their support. Kony 2012 is a great idea. Also, it was a good idea because if we support Invisible Children, we would be able to save everyone captured bt the LRA. It will stop cruelty caused by Joseph Kony, and there won't be any trouble from him from now on. Joseph Kony is a very bad person. If we don't stop him, he will continue on doing bad things. Stopping Kony is very important. It will save many people's lives. Some people might say that it is a bad idea, because it will make citizens worried. However, alerting the citizens is a good thing. If you think it will make them worried, well, think of it this way: would you like it if there was a tsunami coming and noone alerted you? It's the same as telling people about Kony. Citizens want to help. They want to stop Joseph Kony. People shouldn't discourage them. Especially when there's a person like Joseph Kony around. It is better to be alerted than to be clueless. Some people might also say that innocent citizens shouldn't be involved with the Invisible Children. What kind of idea is that? The poor, innocent African kids are being treated unfairly, and we're not doing anything about it. We have to act. We have to help the Invisible Children, and save the kids. Would you like it if Kony is making kids do bad things? We have to be fair. We have to stop Joseph Kony. Joseph Kony is a bad person. He's very unfair. He keeps slaves, forcing them to fight. Many more terrible things will happen if we don't stop him. I want everyone to agree with me. We have to support Invisible Children. We have to stop Joseph Kony. Some people might say that it is a bad idea because it will make citizens worried. However, it is not true. Alerting the citizens is a good thing.
